Important Travel & Fare Policies
• The base trip cost (excluding flights and train fares) is guaranteed once 30% advance is received and the booking is confirmed. Any standard price changes after that will not affect your confirmed amount.
• Flight and train fares are not guaranteed until 50% of the total trip cost is paid. Due to dynamic pricing, any delay in payment may lead to fare increases, which will be added to the final invoice.
• Once 50% advance is paid and reservations are secured, Khaanabadosh will absorb any normal fluctuations in fares.
• However, in case of sudden or exceptional changes beyond our control (such as global events, fuel price surges, government taxes, or airline policy revisions), any significant fare difference will be borne by the customer, even after 50% advance has been paid.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Prices are valid only during the mentioned period and may change due to currency shifts, vendor updates, or external economic factors.
• The final itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or local circumstances. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
• Khaanabadosh is not liable for delays, schedule changes, or cancellations in third-party transport services beyond our control.
